Message from the President

Happy New Year Supporters and Members,

This has been such an unusual and difficult 2020, but we are starting the 2021 year with optimism! We were able to raise $57,000 to give to our Grant Recipients in December. I am so grateful for the hard work and support of our our members, our supporters and my Board of Directors. Thank you so much to everyone!

Looking back on 2020, our winter mail-in fundraiser was very successful thanks to our supporters. CCFC received a $5,000 grant from the Miossi Charitable Trust and $5000 from the Vetter Estate. We also received several donations from: The Movie Club, $250; Facebook Giving Tuesday, $375; Go Fund Me Santa, $500; Compass Real Estate, $750; Saint Barnabas Church Thrift Store, $1300, and Promega Bio Sciences, $814. Thank you to these generous donors. Our Board of Directors and Committee Chairs have agreed to remain in their respective positions for the coming year.

We are all ready and willing to get back to work to support and help the children of San Luis Obispo County. We are needed now more than ever. I pray we will see a better and safe New Year for our families, our CCFC family, our country and our world. Please be safe, Bonnie Kennedy, President
